
News Archive »The WTCC’s 100th race will be a permanent part of Porto’s history after a plaque was revealed this afternoon on Passeio da Fama, the promenade in front of Castelo de Quejo at Foz.
The city’s Mayor Rui Rio invited championship promoter Marcello Lotti to unveil the celebratory tablet, which lies alongside others commemorating famous moments in Porto’s past.
These include the 1958 and 1960 Formula 1 Grands Prix which were won by Stirling Moss and Jack Brabham respectively.
