Pole position sitter Rob Huff has maintained his position on top of the WTCC during this morning’s warm up session at the Macau Guia circuit.
The Englishman, who later today will try to clinch his first Drivers’ World Championship, set the fastest time of 2:31.160 during the 15-minute session.
Tiago Monteiro’s Honda Civic ranked in second position with a lap of 2:31.844, with Yvan Muller (2:32.774), Gabriele Tarquini (2:33.225) and Alain Menu (2:33.331) being classified from third to fifth.
Fredy Barth was placed sixth and first of the Yokohama Trophy, having clocked a time of 2:33.763. However, towards the end of the session the Swiss driver’s SEAT León kissed the rail at the Melco hairpin following a puncture to the front left tyre.
